Sexual Harassment Policy.
(The below is an abstract of our Protocol).
Highcroft Surgery is committed to providing a workplace free from all forms of sexual harassment. Employees should feel safe and respected in the workplace, and any act of sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Any employee found to be engaging in sexual harassment will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Any external workers or visitors found to be engaging in sexual harassment will have all business operations terminated immediately. Any patients found to be engaging in sexual harassment will be removed from the Practice in line with our Zero-tolerance procedures.
Highcroft Surgery is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe work environment. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated, and all employees are encouraged to report any instances of harassment so that appropriate action can be taken to address the issue and prevent recurrence.
By following this protocol, we aim to ensure a swift and effective response to any sexual harassment reports, safeguarding the well-being of all individuals on the premises.
