Non-urgent advice: Our telephone line has 4 options to choose from:

Option 1 – speak to reception team for appointments.

Option 2 – speak to prescription team between 10 am and 12 pm for prescription queries. Please note we do not take prescription requests over the telephone.

Option 3 – speak to secretarial team between 10 am and 12 pm for any administrative queries.

Option 4 – to book an annual review appointment only if you have received a letter or text message from the surgery. This option is available between 10 am and 12 pm.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours

Call 999 for life threatening medical emergencies

Call the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it is not a life threatening situation.

Call the Surgery on 0115 883 2330 to be put through to the Out of Hours Service (NEMS)

Visit the NHS Urgent Care Centre, Open every day from 7am-9pm

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint, please send your complaint in writing to the Practice and your concerns will be addressed appropriately.
