PLEASE NOTE PRESCRIPTION REQUEST CHANGES :
Routine repeat prescription requests require at least 3 working days’ notice to ensure safe prescribing. It may then take additional time for your pharmacy to process prescription. Please check with them before going to collect it, if you’re unsure. You may request repeat prescription up to maximum 10 working days’ in advance.
If you urgently need medicine and if it's not possible to arrange from the Surgery, you may be able to get it from your local pharmacy subject to certain conditions. You can read more about it by clicking here.
You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or dropping it in the prescription box located near the Surgery front entrance or handing it in at the Surgery reception.
If you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply following the link on this page. This will take you to SystmOnline where you can book appointments, see your Summary Care Record and request prescriptions. Sign up for this service at reception with photo ID.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
