PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED FROM 12.30 ONWARDS FOR STAFF TRAINING ON THE FOLLOWING DATES - THURS 4TH FEB AND THURS 18TH FEB. THE SURGERY WILL BE COVERED BY OUT OF HOURS ASSISTANCE - IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT CANNOT WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW THEN PLEASE EITHER DIAL 111 OR USE THE URGENT CARE CENTRE (NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED) ON LONDON ROAD IN NOTTM CITY CENTRE - FOR ALL MEDICAL EMERGENCIES PLEASE DIAL 999 OR ATTEND A&E OR ALTERNATIVELY DIAL THE SURGERY NUMBER AND YOU WILL BE CONNECTED TO A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ADVISE YOU FURTHER - THANK YOU
